Antibiotic resistance is an increasing problem in health care. Antibiotics do not only influence infectious bacteria, but also have an effect on the microbiota of humans, in the gut but also in other parts of the body. One of the major multi resistant bacteria is Staphylococcus aureus that normally lives in the nose. We want to study the effect of antibiotics use on the microbial community in the nose and compare it with controls. We would like to correlate the nose community structure with characteristics of the participants
