In the CKDGen Kidney Function Progression Project we identified lead variants in reported loci for cross-sectional kidney function and in one additional locus being significantly associated for kidney function progression phenotypes rapid3 and ckdi25. The combined effect of all these identified variants on the outcomes rapid3 and ckdi25 is unknown.
